Who counts as an active user
An active user is one named person who signs in at least once in the calendar month: on the web or mobile app, through an LTI launch, inside a partner embed, or by messaging our bot from a linked chat account. Admins, instructors and authors count the same as learners. People who only receive emails or nudges, or only appear in a report, do not count. A month with nobody signing in costs nothing.
You are billed on the 1st for last month's active users, in your own currency at exactly the US dollar price converted.

AI credits
What credits buy
One credit costs $0.001. Every plan includes a monthly allowance; buy more any time. Bought credits last 365 days.
Each price is worked out from the AI provider's highest current price for that model and re-checked every night: a price can rise the same night, and falls only after a week of lower costs. Anything not listed is not priced yet. Price list 18, updated 25 October 2026.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is included in the free trial?
14 days of Premium with 5,000 AI credits. No card required. Afterwards you stay on Free until you choose a plan. Trial AI credits are released once your email domain or phone number is verified.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you have not chosen a paid plan, your organisation moves to Free (Up to 10 people, Up to 1 GB, 200 AI credits per organisation a month). Nothing is deleted: courses, learner records and settings stay, and anything above Free becomes read-only until you upgrade.
How do you define an "active user"?
An active user is one named person who signs in at least once in the calendar month: on the web or mobile app, through an LTI launch, inside a partner embed, or by messaging our bot from a linked chat account. Do you charge extra for SAML SSO or SCIM directory sync?
No. Single sign-on and SCIM provisioning are part of the plans, not an add-on: they are included from Basic up, and paid plans start from $1 per active user a month. There are no platform fees, minimums or setup fees.
How does AI credit metering work, and can I use my own API key?
Every plan includes a monthly AI credit allowance, pooled for your whole organisation (Basic: 100 AI credits per active user a month; Advanced: 300 AI credits per active user a month; Premium: 600 AI credits per active user a month). Each AI action has a published credit price, shown before you run it and listed on the pricing page. You can buy more credits at any time; bought credits last 365 days. On Premium you can connect your own AI provider key; those calls then cost 25% of their normal credits.
Which payment methods and currencies do you support?
Prices are published in US dollars per active user per month. You are billed in your own currency at exactly the US dollar price converted on the invoice date, monthly in arrears for last month's active users. Cards work everywhere; customers in India can also pay by UPI and NetBanking and receive GST invoices. Annual billing charges 10 months for 12.
