How we compare LMS vendors, and how to correct us
Personal Academy writes its own comparison pages and competes with every vendor named on them. This page says how a fact gets onto a comparison page, how it is dated, and how to get it corrected.
The rules
Evidence on file before publication
A competitor fact is published only after it was read on the vendor’s own public page. The page link and the date it was read are stored with the fact.
Checked-on dating
Every competitor page shows the date its facts were read. The date is in the data, not typed on the page, and it changes only when the facts are re-read.
Prices
A competitor price is quoted only as the vendor publishes it, with the plan, the unit and the bracket. For a vendor that publishes no price we say "Pricing not published, quote required." and nothing more. We never publish a third-party estimate.
Features
A capability cell states a fact from the vendor’s page or says it is not stated on the vendor’s public pricing page. Absence is never asserted from silence.
No logos
Competitors are named in plain text. We show no competitor logo, screenshot or trademark artwork.
When the competitor is better
Every competitor page has a visible section naming the cases where that vendor is the better choice, written before the rest of the page.
Our own figures
Our prices, plan names, counts and trial terms are rendered from the published price list and the code, never typed into a page.
Who writes
Comparisons are signed "Personal Academy, Research": a department, never a named person. We compete with every vendor named and say so on each page.
Corrections
We correct a verified error within 48 hours of receiving it and record the change in the corrections log. Send a correction by email to support@personalacademy.app with the subject "Correction request", or through the contact page. We check the claim against the vendor’s own page, fix the page and log the change with the date.
