Executive Cookie Summary

Our public website uses three categories of cookies: strictly necessary (always on), analytics, and marketing. Analytics and marketing cookies load only after you consent, and only on the public website — never inside the signed-in application. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.

1. Strictly Necessary

Always on — the site cannot function without these:

  • sb-* (e.g. sb-access-token, sb-refresh-token): Purpose: authenticated session cookies. Provider: Supabase. Duration: session / up to 1 year for the refresh token.
  • pa_consent: Purpose: remembers your cookie consent choice. Provider: Personal Academy (first-party). Duration: 180 days.

2. Analytics

Loaded only after you accept analytics, and only on the public website:

  • _ga, _ga_*: Purpose: distinguishes visitors and sessions for site analytics. Provider: Google Analytics. Duration: up to 2 years.
  • Vercel Web Analytics: Purpose: aggregated page-view and performance metrics. Provider: Vercel. Duration: cookieless — no cookie is set.

3. Marketing

Loaded only after you accept marketing, and only on the public website:

  • _fbp: Purpose: measures ad performance and attribution. Provider: Meta Platforms (Pixel). Duration: up to 90 days.
  • _gcl_au: Purpose: links a sign-up to the Google advertisement that led to it. Provider: Google Ads. Duration: up to 90 days.
  • li_fat_id: Purpose: measures LinkedIn campaign performance and attribution. Provider: LinkedIn (Insight Tag). Duration: up to 30 days.

4. Changing Your Choice

Use the Cookie settings link in the footer of any public page to reopen the consent dialog and change your analytics and marketing choices at any time. Your choice is stored in the pa_consent cookie for 180 days. None of these trackers ever run on /admin, /home, /courses, /super-admin, /learn, or any other signed-in page.
