Can I see what the AI costs and where my data goes?
Yes: Personal Academy is a learning platform that publishes a credit price for every AI activity and names each AI provider on its sub-processor page. Credits are priced from provider cost plus a fixed margin. Transcription of uploaded media is not available yet. Choose it if you want to read AI costs before you spend.

2. How It Is Metered: The Credit Price List
This list is read from the live price set. Your plan's monthly credits refresh each month (no rollover); purchased credits stay valid for the period shown on the pricing page. AI stops when credits or a person's weekly allowance run out.

Works with several AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Azure OpenAI, OpenRouter and OpenAI-compatible endpoints); we choose the model per feature and administrators can choose among the offered models.
- •Priced per model: each AI action's credit price follows the model that runs it; model prices are refreshed daily from OpenRouter's published price list.
- •Bring your own key: Premium organisations can use their own AI provider key, stored encrypted. Each call on your own key costs 25% of its normal credits.
