WhatsApp integration
Yes, on the Premium plan. Personal Academy sends learning to WhatsApp through the Meta Cloud API: people message "due" or "practice", answer with reply buttons, and open lessons from a link, with no extra app to install. It suits deskless and field teams. Messages respect the same caps and quiet hours as other channels. The adapter is built, but sends in our own test were blocked by Meta account checks, so it is not yet verified live.

Included from the Premium plan, $3 per active user per month.
At a glance
WhatsApp replies use interactive reply buttons and lists where the content fits, and fall back to plain text with numbered options otherwise. People can reply STOP to opt out.

Commands
Commands people use inside WhatsApp. Replies shown are examples.
Example reply: one module due, with Start and Snooze buttons.
Example reply: one question with three answer buttons.
Nudge limits
Every optional message passes the same checks before it is sent. These are the defaults.
Daily and weekly caps
By default a person gets at most 2 optional nudges a day and 6 a week. The organisation and each person can lower or change these caps.
Quiet hours
Nudges wait outside working hours: by default the organisation is active from 08:00 to 18:00, and a person can set their own quiet window.
Do not disturb
When the chat platform reports a person as do-not-disturb, an optional nudge is held and retried later instead of being sent.
