Salesforce integration

Yes, one way. When an administrator presses Sync now, Personal Academy pushes every course completion and certificate issued since the last sync to Salesforce, as a completed Task on the Contact whose email matches the learner. A learner with no matching Contact is reported, not created. It suits customer and partner training teams who want training visible to account owners. It is not yet tested against a live Salesforce org.

Included from the Advanced plan, $2 per active user per month.

At a glance

The sync keeps a watermark per provider, so each run sends only what is new. Certificate Tasks carry the certificate verification code.
