n8n integration
Yes, over plain HTTP. There is no dedicated n8n node: an HTTP Request node calls POST /api/v1/hooks to subscribe an n8n Webhook URL, using an organisation API key, and DELETE to unsubscribe. The subscribe response does not include the signing secret. To verify deliveries, an administrator rotates that hook on the Webhooks page, which shows a new secret once, and a Code node checks X-Webhook-Signature.

At a glance
n8n has no dedicated node yet. Because n8n can be self-hosted, the whole path from Personal Academy to your systems can stay on infrastructure you run.
| Status | Built, not yet verified |
|---|---|
| Included from | Basic plan (API) |
| Authentication | Organisation API key; HMAC-SHA256 signed deliveries |
| Data that flows | Out: the subscribed event payload to your n8n Webhook URL |
| Not yet | A dedicated n8n node; the secret returned at subscribe time |
How to set it up
- Create an API key in the Personal Academy admin area with the scopes you need.
- In n8n, add a Webhook node and an HTTP Request node that POSTs its URL and the event name to /api/v1/hooks.
- To verify signatures, rotate the new hook on the Webhooks page and store the secret shown once in the workflow.
Highlights
- Same REST Hooks endpoints as the Zapier app
- HMAC-SHA256 signed deliveries, checked in a Code node
- Self-hostable end to end
