Microsoft Teams integration
Yes. Personal Academy has a Microsoft Teams app with two parts: a bot that answers messages such as "due", "practice" or a question with Adaptive Cards, and a personal tab that opens Academy inside Teams and signs the person in with their Teams identity. Teams delivery needs the Basic plan or above. The adapter and tab are built; a live end-to-end pass in a customer tenant is still pending.

Included from the Basic plan, $1 per active user per month.
At a glance
Teams has no slash commands, so people write plain messages ("due", "quiz me", "coach me") or mention the bot. Replies are Adaptive Cards. The personal tab loads Academy inside Teams.

Nudge limits
Every optional message passes the same checks before it is sent. These are the defaults.
Daily and weekly caps
By default a person gets at most 2 optional nudges a day and 6 a week. The organisation and each person can lower or change these caps.
Quiet hours
Nudges wait outside working hours: by default the organisation is active from 08:00 to 18:00, and a person can set their own quiet window.
Do not disturb
When the chat platform reports a person as do-not-disturb, an optional nudge is held and retried later instead of being sent.
