Google Chat integration
Yes. Personal Academy has a Google Chat app. People use the /academy command or a direct message to see what is due, ask questions answered from your courses and articles, and practise. Nudges follow the same daily caps and quiet hours as Slack and Teams. Google Chat delivery needs the Basic plan or above. The adapter is built; a live end-to-end pass in a customer workspace is still pending.

How to set it up
- Open Integrations, then Chat, in the Personal Academy admin area.
- Choose Google Chat and follow the steps to configure the Chat app in Google Cloud.
- Make the app available to your people; each person links their account on first use.

Nudge limits
Every optional message passes the same checks before it is sent. These are the defaults.
Daily and weekly caps
By default a person gets at most 2 optional nudges a day and 6 a week. The organisation and each person can lower or change these caps.
Quiet hours
Nudges wait outside working hours: by default the organisation is active from 08:00 to 18:00, and a person can set their own quiet window.
Do not disturb
When the chat platform reports a person as do-not-disturb, an optional nudge is held and retried later instead of being sent.
