Custom Outbound Webhooks integration
Yes. Personal Academy sends signed webhooks to any HTTPS endpoint you register. Each delivery carries an HMAC-SHA256 signature and timestamp, events include course.completed, certificate.issued, enrollment.created and learner.created, and failed deliveries are retried with exponential backoff and jitter up to 8 attempts. The secret is shown once when you create or rotate an endpoint. It is the way to send completions to any HR system or data warehouse.

How to set it up
- Open Webhooks in the Personal Academy admin area and add an endpoint URL.
- Choose the events to send and save; copy the signing secret shown once.
- Verify the signature on your side against the raw request body.
- Send a test delivery and check it in the delivery log.
