Darwinbox integration
Yes, inbound. Personal Academy has a Darwinbox adapter that reads your employee list and brings people, departments and leavers into Personal Academy when you run a sync. Completions go back to any HR system through the signed course.completed webhook, not into Darwinbox directly. It is part of the integrations module on the Advanced plan. The adapter has not yet been tested against a live Darwinbox tenant.

At a glance
The HR sync reads Darwinbox employee records page by page, matches people by their employee ID, adds new hires, updates departments and deactivates leavers. Each run reports what it changed.

How to set it up
- Open Integrations, then HR systems, in the Personal Academy admin area.
- Choose Darwinbox and enter your API credentials, then test the connection.
- Run a sync and review the people it added, changed or deactivated.
